COUNTY GONZALES | KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

That we, Andrew Lamza and Susanna Lamza, husband and wife, of the County of Gonzales and State of Texas, being of sound and disposing mind and memory and wishing to arrange our worldly affairs while we have the strength to do so, do hereby each of us make and publish this our last Will and Testament, to-wit:-

We direct that our remains be interred in a Christian-like manner befitting our station in life.

It is our will and we do hereby direct, that our entire estate, which consists of the Community estate of both of us and each is hereby disposing of the one-half thereof, shall go to the survivor of us in fee simple.

That is to say that I, Andrew Lamza, do hereby give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Susanna lamza, should she survive me, my entire estate, real, personal, and mixed property that I may own or possess at the time of my death, unto the said Susanna Lamza and her heirs and assigns, forever.

And I, the said Susanna Lamza, do hereby give and bequeath to my beloved husband, Andrew Lamza, should he survive me, my entire estate, real, personal, and mixed property that I may own or possess, or be entitled to, at the time of my death, unto the said Andrew Lamza, forever.

We nominate and appoint the survivor of us to be the indepenedent executor of this our Last Will and Testament, and we direct that no bond be required of our said executor and that no other action be required in the courts in the administration of our estate, other than to prove and record this Will and return and inventory and appraisement of our estate, as the law directs.

In Witness Whereof, we have hereunto signed out names at Shiner, Texas, this 30 day of November, A.D. 1945, in the presence of Edwin Wolters and Gus Wolters who attest the same at our request and in our presence.

COUNTY OF LAVACA I KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, ANDREW LAMZA, of the County of Lavaca, State of Texas, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish, this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all wills by me at any time heretofore made.

1. I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid out of my Estate by my Executors, to be hereinafter appointed, as soon after my death as may be possible.

2. Since September 1st, 1948, my daughter, Mrs. Minnie Grossmann, has been taking care of me and for such services performed for me, she has received no pay therefor. It is my will and desire, and I give and bequeath unto my said daughter, Mrs. Minnie Grossman, the sum of $50.00 for each and every month from September lst, 1948 up to and including the date of my death, the entire sum to be payable in cash, by my Executors, to be hereinafter appointed, as soon after my death as may be convenient.

3. I give and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate, remaining after the payment of all debts, including the expenses incident to the probating of this will, and after payment of aforesaid legacy, unto my Children, Mary Sefcik, Albert Lamza, Frances Kulhanek, Minnie Grossman, Henry Lamza and John Lamza, share and share alike.

4. I hereby constitute and appoint Albert Lamza and Mrs. Minnie Grossman, Independent Executors of this my last Will and Testament, and direct that no bond or security be required of them, or either one of them, as Executors. In the event of death of either one of them, or in the event of refusal to serve by either one of them, then the remaining one shall be qualified to serve as sole Independent Executor.
And I hereby grant unto my said Executors full power and authority to sell and convey any and all property, both real and personal, belonging to my estate as to said Executors may seem to be to the best interest to my Estate, together with the power to execute, acknowledge and deliver any other conveyances, bills of sale, assignments, releases, oil. and gas leases, mineral deeds, royalty contracts, etc. that may be necessary in the management and liquidation of my estate.

5. It is my will that no other action shall be had in the County Court in the administration of my estate than to prove and record this Will and to return an inventory and appraisement of my estate and list of claims.

In testimoney whereof, I have hereto set my hand this the 26th day of February, A. D. 1949
